Opening Hours

Because of the nature of the airline business we don't have set opening hours. We are available to clear PETS 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The only exceptions are Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

However there are surcharges to the carrying airlines for arrivals before 0500hrs and after 2000hrs Monday to Friday, before 0500hrs and after 1600hrs on Saturday and all day Sunday. These are likely to be passed on to the pet owner by the airline/agent.
